Beloved brothers and sisters in Christ,

this is brother Frank speaking to you from the International Mission Center in Krefeld, Germany.

We just greet you in a very, very special way because the Lord has done great, great things in the past few days. We had meetings and people were coming from everywhere, even from the USA, from Canada, from South Africa, from Central Africa, from all over Europe, somewhere driving 1,600 km to be with us during the services and the Lord God as always has confirmed His Word and blessed the congregation. We always come together knowing the Lord keeps all His promises. And it was the main subject as usual – the return of Christ, our preparation, calling out and getting ready to meet the Lord. And then also the emphasis was put on the promises of God. First God makes promises and then He fulfills what He promised when the time comes. You can go back to Abraham when the Lord gave him the promise that Isaac would be born. Three times the Lord said: "In a year from now your wife will have a son…" in Genesis 17 and 18.

Beloved brothers and sisters, it's so very precious to me! What we believe must be promised in God's Word. If we believe something where we cannot put the finger on the verse in the Bible, we believe something God has not promised. Only if we can put our finger on the verse and the chapter and say: "Here it is written."

I will give you some examples. In the Old Testament God promised that He would lead His people into the promised land and when the time came, every promise God made to Israel was fulfilled. You can read it in the Old Testament.

Beloved brothers and sisters, the New Testament began with the fulfillment of the promise – Isaiah 40, verse 3: "Voice cries in the wilderness…" You can put your finger on that verse and then you go to Matthew, to Mark, to Luke and see how the promise was fulfilled. The same applies to our Lord and Savior – through all the Old Testament the promise, the promise, the promise… right up to Isaiah chapter 7, verse 14: "A virgin will conceive…" It was a promise. You could put your finger on the chapter, on the verse in the Old Testament. And now you can put your finger on the verse, on the chapter in the New Testament and say: „Here is the fulfillment.“

In the same way the promise for our day – when the Lord God himself said in Malachi 4: "I will send…" I, I… the Lord God! "I will send you the prophet Elijah before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes. And he will turn the hearts…" Not the heads. "…he will turn the hearts of God's children back to the faith of the fathers." The same faith that was at the very beginning. And then we can put our finger on the fulfillment of that promise.

How thankful I am to say as a witness: "My eyes have seen the fulfillment of that promise!" How grateful I am to give testimony that from 1955 to 1965, all the 10 years I was a witness of the fulfillment of that promise. How grateful I can be that I knew brother William Branham personally, was not only in his meetings, drove with him in the same car, eat with him at the same table. I am a witness that the promise from the Old Testament was fulfilled in my time, in our time.

Beloved brothers, why do I emphasize the word "promise"? If we believe every promise, then we are the children of promise and we shall see the last promise fulfilled. And then you can also understand what God's promised prophet for this day was told by the tremendous voice on June 11th, 1933 at about 2 pm: "As John the Baptist was sent to forerun the first coming of Christ, you are sent with the message that will forerun the second coming of Christ." Do you see how precisely the Lord spoke these words? "The message given to you will be the forerunner of the second coming of Christ." How precise is God!

So the Lord took His messenger but the message is with us. And only after the messenger was taken to be with the Lord, that promised Word of God is reaching the ends of the Earth. If I only look back to the past few months where we reached nations and millions with the true Word of God with the message of the hour – be it in Indonesia, in Dubai, in the Persian Gulf and Pakistan – wherever it was – the Lord has opened the doors and also given us the privilege to reach millions by TV. And even the last trip to Moldavia where God opened the doors and we had the privilege to speak to the whole nation by television.

This is God's time for God's people to hear the last message promised to be before the Lord returns!

Brothers and sisters, the wise virgins will only believe the promises of God's Word. The foolish will believe anything. The foolish might believe the Lord has already come, the foolish might believe the mercy seat is already judgment seat, the foolish might believe the prophet will return, the foolish might believe there will be a tent ministry, the foolish might believe anything. But the foolish cannot point their finger on the Scripture and on the verse and this is a problem! This is the problem where all the misunderstandings are coming from – because you don't go back to the Word of God and therefore you are condemned to believe lies that you produced yourself.

William Branham was a true servant of God, a promised prophet with infallible ministry that my eyes have seen, my ears have heard. The same ministry that our Lord had when he walked on Earth, the same ministry repeated before my very eyes. Not only one day but in all the meetings in Germany, in the USA, especially in Dallas, Texas.

And, friends, what should I say – my heart is broken because the things brother Branham said are taken out of context. And one goes this way with his interpretation and the other one goes that way with his interpretation. Even, as they claim, there are seven or even nine different versions of the seven thunders. And let me say this: Can you put your finger on any verse in any chapter in the Bible to let me know where that what you preach is written? Forget it! If it's not in the Word of God, you have a misunderstanding, you are misleading the people, you are confused in your mind. There is no confusion in the Word of God, no confusion in the message of the hour, if the Holy Spirit is upon you, you understand all things the right way.

And therefore I have to emphasize 2nd Corinthians chapter 1, verse 20-21: "All the promises of God are yay and amen through Christ by us." Every true Word of God – and every Word of God is true – but it has to come from the mouth of God. The Word of God is not you speaking it, the Word of God is God himself saying it! You have to open the Scriptures like I referred to at the very beginning about the promises from the Old Testament – you can put your finger in the New Testament and say even like the apostle Peter on the day of Pentecost: "This promise is given unto you and your children and to as many as Lord your God shall call." As our Lord said: "Wait in Jerusalem until you receive the promise of the father!" Promise, promise, promise… and then you can put your finger every time – the promise was fulfilled.

Beloved brothers and sisters, the coming of the Lord is so very near. I could share with you what is going on in Israel, in the nations around Israel, what they call Palestine… I could share many, many things with you which show onto us that the promised return of our Lord is absolutely very, very near.

And our Lord made the promise in John chapter 14: "I go to prepare the place then I will return and take you to be where I am." He doesn't come to be with us on Earth! We meet Him in the air! That is what the Word says. I can put my finger on 1st Thessalonians chapter 4,  verse 15-17. I can put my finger on the Word: "We shall meet Him in the air and then be with Him forever…" Now in the Spirit He has been with us for the past 2,000 years, but then He will come in His bodily shape and we shall be changed and together we shall be taken up to meet the Lord and be with Him.

Beloved brothers and sisters, my heart is burdened for the children of God, for all who believe every promise. And please, make sure that you don't misuse William Branham, God's prophet, confirmed thousands of times in his ministry. Please, watch it! Don't pull William Branham into your teachings and into what you are saying! Let the Word of God be your final authority. And then we shall all speak the same language and confirm and see that God is only in His Word.

May the blessings of Almighty God rest upon you is my prayer in Jesus holy name. Amen.
